Sony Trinitron - red/green standby flashes, no picture/sound?

Tv has been making a buzzing noise every now and again. Now when I switch it on the red/green standby lights flash and we get no picture or sound.

This Model uses the FE2 Chassis. How many flashes do you get before there is a pause and the flashes recycle?
