Dear Elsa, I'm having the same problem. There is very likely a problem with your left hydraulic block/assembly and or the hot water control thermistor and or the three way valve, look at chaffoteaux website. My problem is a leak in the left hydraulic block and I'm looking for a new part. You don't have a spare one do you!?
