Hotpoint FFA91 fridge/Freezer Frozen Fridge Section?

The fridge section of my Hotpoint FFA91 fridge/freezer has started freezing things in the fridge Section, the temperature is set to the highest level which is 6 degrees C and the freezer section is set to minus 18 degrees C. Does anybody have any ideas how this can be resolved without calling out an engineer?
