When I plug the mains in the ready, spin speed change and extra rinse lights on my indesit WIDL102 flash but nothing much happens. It sounds like it does when the dryer is switched on. What could the problem be and is it worth getting an engineer out? The machine is over 4 years old.

The same problem got with my washing its wild126s uk and is 2years old.
I called the engineer he says that it need to replace the circuit board because of some chip problem.
So I am trying to change it by my self because he gave me the quote of about £150 including parts and labour.
This won't be the answer of your question.
