on zanussi fl 811 model ,i do not want any water being heated up How can i stop this?Please .can i take off heater wiring off ?Where are they situated in the machine .Many thanks.

pull the knob off hard (might brake as you do it).remove 7mm nut from centre of splined knob.if the cam has broken you have to release the timer with the two screws you will see if you look into the hole where the timer knobs have been removed.top lid will have to be removed to release the timer to change the cam knob piece.
