its froozen the only thing showing is U81 on the screen?!

I had exactly the same problem with my EZ25.
I tried searching the Internet for an 'easy' solution but couldn't find one, so I took it to a Panasonic Service Agent and they said that the only way to fix it is to replace the PCB.
They replaced the PCB and it now works perfectly.
