Fisher & Paykal Excellence 7.5 will not balance and continually after 3 tries will stop. The machine has to be balanced manually. What is the cause of this?

Could be that machine is not set up level enough, or bias spring is missing from front left hand corner of bowl or the suspension springs (one on each corner) are weak and need replacing or machine is not agitating properly during wash & clothes are getting wrapped around the agitator.
