Why is the drum stuck on my Hotpoint 1st ed?
My drum on my washing machine wont move more than a few inches. If I put my hand in and try to do it manually its the same. When I put the cycle on to wash on its own you can see that it tries to turn, but it is as though it is jammed. I have looked inside via the top but can not see anything stopping it. you can also see the motor turning any ideas.
