Following the Rowridge Transmitter shut down on March 25, I reset my FDT500 and now the channels are all over the place and I cannot restore my favourites list (BBC1 is now channel 800ish), and I am not receiving Channel 5 at all, although built-in freeview televisions have reset perfectly. Please help!
Thanks for your reply. Yes, we have Channel 5, I think the problem was "finger trouble"! I am still unable to reorder tne favourites,hwever, but we will manage!

have you tried retuning the channels in automatically?? if you have why not try doing it manually, use the original manual to instruct you on the best way of doing it as sometimes doing it yourself can cause channels to disappear, happened to me plenty of times. is channel 5 available for everyone else in your area??
