cascade model CE120SM as i start to sew the cotton goes into the shuttle and jams the whole machine when opening the shuttle cover there seems to be alot of cotton wrapped around the shuttle.

Hello Tracy.
Either the needle is in the wrong way round, or the tensions are not set properly or the very worst it could be is the timing, also check the threading of the machine, if it is timing I can attach instructions if you email me but this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown but you can you get my address on any answer from page 25 down.
