my keyboard isnt writing arabic?

when enter typing program my keyboard is lost ability to write arabic ,so my keyboard is confused

Check the Keyboardsettings in control panel....is the arabic setting set as the default or even listed? i think you will need your windows disc to install arabic if its not.
