Leaking Reich Shower/Mixer tap?

I have a combined shower & sink tap which is leaking. I refitted one O-ring & it is worse. I do not know how to get the cartridge out, or how to find the correct replacement. Can any one help please?
The tap is on a 2005 Explorer Autoquest 200 Motorhome

Does your cartridge have two seals that look like two eyes and a nose.
I had the same problem on a CI motorhome and found that one of these seals had a break in it. This caused it to drip, lose pressure and cause the 12volt pump to switch in.
I sent pictures of the cartridge to several motorhome retailers and Davan Westonsupermare (CI agents) had a complete cartridge in stock for about £13.
I have tried everywhere for the seals but no sucess.

You may find that the elbow from which the shower is fed has a small hard plastic ridge on the tap body. The 'O' ring fits onto this part of the body but the shower tube must be fitting over the hard plastic ridge. I could only get it to click over by using a 'G' clamp with pads to protect the fitting and very careful tightening of the clamp. This has stoped the water pressure forcing the elbow away from the tap body and cured the leak completely.
