broken teeth on Xerox paper shredder stepped gear, 11 tooth on a 31 tooth hexagonal shaft , Model XRX-8X. Called Xerox but they want nothing to do with it referring back to the retail store., Called a gear company but they only had gears for a round shaft. Can I get a replacement gear.
