the device. What do I do to 'find' the device so i can transfer music to it?

Go to:My computer
And find your mp3 player. Then double click on the icon which will be your mp3 player.A Blank window will open.Click on the music you want and Drag your music to the open window.Wait till it finishes tranfering the files and there ya go.
