how can i fix an oil leak on a 2003 transit 350 td?

i have an oil leak that i am told is caused by the turbo,canyou help me fix it

If the turbo is leaking, you'll find lots of black oil in the intercooler and pipes - usually with lots of black smoke! A replacement turbo is the way to go if this is the case.
