why is my master van blowing oil out of rocker cover into air box pipe?

how can i stop my master van 2.2 dci from blowing oil from top of rocker cover into air pipe linked to turbo? thanks

sounds like the usual warped or cracked plastic cover. just had the same problem on a 2.2 dci espace which is the same head ,block.tried new gaskets first . physicly inspected first, could not see anything ,but they are quite a complex moulding.easy enough to change , but the injectors have to come out,and also a pricey piece of plastic .fit a new gasket set also or be prepaired to do the job twice.

thankz for replyn. where would the crankcase breathers be as there is only 60k on the van thankz

compresion by passing rings and going into crankcase

Either the oil level is too high, or the crankcase breathers are blocked with sludge. Or you may have an engine with a huge mileage of course, and its a bit tired.
