First of all I do not have any heat coming out and when I put the dryer on a certain setting it stays there and doesn't move. Could this be the heating element and how hard is it to do myself?
you do not say what kind of dryer you have, is there any drum movement on any setting? anyway it is unlikley to be the elements more likeley the thermal cut-outs or door switch
