toilet making noise like concord when flushed?

everytime the toilet is flushed it really vibrates and makes a really loud noise like concord taking off. someone suggested fitting a torbeck valve. any suggestions

You don't say if high or low pressurewater supply. Try fitting a Fluidmaster valve for high or low pressure.
