Er 4615 Department Buttons?

I have set up department buttons to accommodate new visitor admissions. However, when I press these buttons, the cash drawers open automatically, so we cannot add several admissions to the same ticket. How do I reprogramme this?

Hi. It sounds like the departments have been set as SICS depts (single item cash sale). Look for this setting in your programming, and turn it off.
