my washing machine won't spin?

i have a tricity bendix washing machine and it wont spin someone told me its the belt but i dont know how to find it to replace it any suggestions

Hi, the reason why your washing machine will not spin is due to the bushes being worn , these are fairly cheap about £20 a pair to fit yourself . The washing machine sounds like its actually spinning at times but when you look the drum is stationary does this sound about right ?
