comes on by itself and the buttons won't start it or stop it?

it suddenly just comes on at a setting of over 2 minutes. the clear/off buttons won't stop it.

Hi, this can only happen if the door is closed, it suggests that the keypad is faulty and under certain conditions fails and calls the machine to work. It could be but is likely to be the control electronics
