Micro wave keypad is unresponsive when code comes up and continues to beep. This also happens when you try to microwave something, at first was occasional now is every time. Microwave would also randomly have the alarm go off with this code coming up, this occurred more frequently until we just unplugged it.

Is there an easy fix for this? Is it repairable? Is it worth it? The microwave is over 10yrs old and worked great till now. Basically is it cheaper to get a new one?

New microwave ovens are so cheap to buy. Sorry to shed the stark light of reality in but 27 years ago we mended electric kettles when they broke down.
Consumerism and globalisation etc have made new stuff cheaper and it may be un-green but that is what business wants. Consumers like new things anyway and so we fill land fills and buy fresh appliances.

PS My local Morrisons sell mw's for 30 quid and if I totalled up 5 parts from the unit it would come to 150!
