how can i fix my lg plasma tv?

i have a lg plasma tv.when its on there are lots of white speckles in the dark backround.looks like interferrence.but it wont go away and i dont think anythink is interferring with the signal...can you help

I have heard this can be fixed by altering the voltage on two circuit boards in the TV. I have been unable to find the specific details though.

Sounds like the screen itself is faulty. If its happening on all inputs. Can be a costly repair , but get the tv checked out at a tv repair shop to rule out video board fault (most only charge a small bench fee for looking for fault).
