My toilet used to refill in about 30 seconds, Now it takes about 10 minutes, Sorry i don't know the make or model. It has a push button flush. The water pressure is ok.
It's more than likely the washer has partially stuck to the inlet valve so restricting amount of flow in.
Turn off the water and release the valve nut and check the washer you best get new one than re-using the existing one.
