When your fabric is hooped and attached to the embroidery arm the machine won't start the embroidery design because it says the hoop is not attached. It is attached but, it doesn't recognize that it is attached. So the embroidery can't begin. I need help quick! If possible please help.

Unfortunately with electronic or computerized machines when they have a problem there is a price and it does mean it will have to go into the store for repair unless the hoop is not connected properly.
