My Sky + remote control no longer operates the Sky box. The remote works the TV fine but Sky box dosnt appear to receive the signel, light flashes on remote but not on box. The box works fine using the controls on the front.
I have and old Sky box (not Sky +) are there parts I can change?

I have just got off the phone to Sky. My remote had lost its 'memory' and could not connect with the box. I was talked through a series of button pressing and it now works fine.
