Locating the fuse inside a stereo amp?

Hi My stereo player seems to have a problem, when plugged in it flashes on but the power doesn't seem to work, im guessing an internal fuse? where is/are the fuses inside the stereo, its a pioneer multi stack system the amp model number is DC-Z82

not a fuse, either the machine is in protection mode due to a shorted output or you need to replace the capacitors in the power supply - get it to a tech.
