I lost the original remote to my TVR185A matsui TV combi, I ordered a remote that the seller said is not a universal one and does not need a code. It will not operate the TV. The seller said i must have a child lock on or something. I have no manual. Please help! I have tried calling dixons the manufacturers, they just did not want to know. I tried to find a manual on the internet with no luck. Any suggestions appreciated!
