SCRATCHED BAMBOO FLOORING HOW DO I REPAIR?

MY BAMBOO FLOORING HAS BEEN SCRATCHED ANY TIPS FOR REPAIRING IT,TOP OF RANGE WOOD?
BENJY, April 2009
Sand the scratch out gently using fine sandpaper. Recoat with a polyurethane floor varnish matched as closely as possible with the colour of the bamboo (you can use an artist brush if its small). Sand gently between coats to provide a key.
To minimise scratches in the future you can varnish the whole floor a couple of times if you wish.
