Chain brake faulty, Dolmar chainsaw?

I have an old Dolmar 111 chainsaw, and the chain brake has jammed. The whole chain brake cover needs replacing, ie the orange plate which covers the chain & sprocket. The part number is 020 213 000.
Can anyone help?

I also cant get the cover on now when undoing the cover the brake was on really tight.

Then trying to put it back on, the spring brake now seems undersized. help tried for ages to get it sorted.
