The toliet no longer fully flushes. We press down the handle and it move the full distance but only a limited amount of water goes into the toilet. Any suggestions?
Try pumping the handle to see if you get full power flush if yes its sounds like the diaphram is on its way out don't know what type so can't advise on replacement.
