Pretty non-specific "heat input on badge"
It's a boiler I guess and - heat input - probably means the calorific value of the fuel (oil or gas etc.) going into the apparatus. The CV of gas is usually given in megajoules per cubic meter (MJ/m3)
As for badge you need to explain in more detail I think.
