How to get my password protected Micro SD to work on my new phone?

Hi I have a SanDisk 8GB Micro SDHC Class 4 memory card for my phone. I set a password for it on my Nokia 5310 but guess what? I forget the password. I have just got a new phone, the BlackBerry 8100, but when I put the memory card in there and go through the files to find it there is nothing there. Does anyone knoe how to fix it? Does it have something to do with the password I set on my Nokia 5310?
