Is there an answer to their obvious design fault when they pulsate,and then do not give pressure.

Check that the nozzle is not blocked,

if it is a plastic pump head (K1 K2 K3 type pump) you will need to replace the pump,

it will cost a little bit more if there is a leak

HI, There are a few thinks that can cause this problem (depending on model) there is a little red and black coloured bottle shaped component in the elbow of the outlet tube, This can cause pulsing Also there is a spill valve this could be siezed and stuck in the same position this causes the same problem.
