I have a strange problem with my sky plus box. When i record something on one channel the signal fails from all the other channels.
Also i cant seem to record two programmes at once anymore.
Is there anything i can do or is it something i have to get an engineer for?
I have done the usual things checked signal output, which is fine, turned it on and off etc, but no joy.

A Sky+ box needs two feeds from the LNB on the dish to work properly and seems like one of yours ahas failed. With the Sky box UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAINS check the coax connectors are tight in the back of the box. If that doesn't fix it, you will need to call Sky or an Independent satellite specialist.
