how can i fix my nissan vanette??

imobiliser has shorted (maybe??) out the main headlights but not the indicator lights or break lights. Is it a fuse?? or dodgy wiring??

Depends on who fitted the immobiliser could be possible that who ever fitted it has wired the imobiliser to the front lights.
If you have handbook check where the relay is located also a strong possibility that the main headlamps fuse has blown. But personally from experiance it tends to be a problem with the relay.
