How do I allow my Netgear N router to access the internet?

I have a netgear duo wireless n router wndr3300 to replace my g router but I cannot get it to access the internet whereas my G router (Echolife free router with Talk talk) works fine.

That router will not work to work on TalkTalk because it doesn't have a built-in ADSL modem. It is designed to work with a Cable Modem.

So you need a new router WITH a built-in ADSL modem. For example the DG834n from the same manufacturer.
