Mine is brand new although I've had it unopened for just over a year, it works fine until you put in standby and the clock stops working and therefore becomes useless for recording on timer etc.
Went to the support team but they are refusing to give me any help, even said I was willing to pay for it to be repaired but they just keep saying tough warranty is out of date.
How can I get the timer / clock repaired?
