before replacing the belt ,check the drum bearings for play this can show up as a wobbly/loose drive wheel.First check that the drive nut has not come undone.If tight then place your hand inside the drum at the top and push upwards any movement/wobble, bearing have failed throwing the belt off the pulley drive.
Changing bearing is big job to attempt as a lot of removal is needed before the bearings are even exposed to be drifted out not counting additional parts that maybe required i e new spider assembly (worn shaft) sometimes a new drum because of (seized outer race splitting the drum ) all this adds to the cost of repairing maybe better to look for another machine
