warm engine stalling problems?

I have 2 yamaha 2 cycle waverunners, both with 1200cc motors.
One is a gp1200r and the other is a 1200 xlt. When the engines are cold, they both start right up and run great. Once you shut them down for like 30 min, they will start again, but when you pull the thottle, they will both stall over and over again. If I open the gas cap for a couple of seconds, it seems to help a bit. You just have to feather the thottle for a while to get them past that point and then they will run great again until you stop and let them sit for a little while again. I only run premium gas and yamalube 2W oil and both have new plugs and fuel filters. Do you know what the fix is???

its a few things that are happening a 2 stroke will flood very easy so when you first start it the plugs have no fuel fouling then you go out and you run it and if u are anything like me u go as fast as u can and fuel it up and then come in two shore pull the cord and shut it down that gives it a load up of fuel so when u restart the plugs have to warm up two burn all that 2 stoke oil and gas off of the electrode this answer may help you some (are you mixing the oil and gas your self because the factory oil pump is lean during start up and your mix would be rich no matter weather it is startup or not depending on your mix ratio)

I have the same problem. Took mine to the shop yesterday.
I'll come back to forum if I get the problem fixed.
