Kenmore model 66561689101 F3H error?

my Kenmore Ultrawave Sensor Quiethood II all of a sudden stopped cooking. The fan works and turntable turns but no heat and no light. Also get an error F3H when you use one of the soup, vegetables, warm, etc. buttons. How do I fix it?

Had the same problem. Followed Rob's suggesten and it worked. Unpluged for 30 secs. It worked
