how can i fix my vokera combi compact boiler?

my boiler is self topping up to 4 in the red and is losing water out of it,s overflow but is still working.do you know how to solve this problem.

yeah sounds to me as u might need a new heat exchanger,

If the boiler filling loop is definitely closed - and you are sure of this - it usually means that water is escaping from the domestic water heat exchanger into the central heating one, unfortunately.
