spin cycle wont run?

My samsung big wash B1215j wont perform its spin cycle,the water drains, but the machine doesn't spin! Can anybody help??????????????????????

I also have this machine so might be able to help! Does the machine do a full wash first? Does the drum turn when it's doing a wash?
