4" cast iron stack goes from sewer line under concrete basement floor up through our bath wall on the main floor and on into the attic. I want to move the toilet itself to the other side of the wall it now backs up to. The stack has a cleanout about two feet up from the basement floor. Can I use this cleanout to connect the toilet from its new location (and then perhaps cut off and seal the old toilet drain and use that as a cleanout, if ever needed)?
