my mp4 stay frozen when i turn it on what should i do to fix it

i have the same problem so your not the only one, mine has a 2.5 inch screen and is stuck at a screen where theres a picture of a computer and a mouse...it has happened to me before and the most i can say is dont play around with it just let it cool down, unfortunatly this may take a couple of hours.
