where can I get a replacement rubber washer kit ?

where can I get a replacement rubber washer kit for a pacific wras approved siphon. The siphon is in a closed coupled push button toilet cistern, It is single flush only and was originaly purchased from travis perkins, The part number for the cistern at travis perkins is 993509.
Travis perkins do not sell spear parts so they gave me the name of the company that supply them, The company is fordham that have now been taken over by Jacuzzi. I have been intouch with Jacuzzi and they have said they don't sell parts but they can sell me a new siphon. The cost of a compleat siphon is quite exspensive as i do not require a siphon i only require a spear rubber seal which fits onto the bottom. Do you know if anybody does a rubber seal kit for the siphon for this model or is my only option to buy a replacement siphon.

Hi David, I have exactly the same problem. I can see you posted this question nearly 3 years ago, did you find a source for this rubber washer? I do not really want to replace the entire flush valve, not really for cost reasons, but simply because the new flush button is not really nice. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks. JP

Hi

If you have the size or a drawing of it you could try a company called RH Nuttall Limited. They have a website www.rhnuttall.co.uk. Worth a go!!!
