Kirby motor runs strong, new belt, brushes turning, new bag, no clogs i can find. no suction or maybe?? suction reversed? IS there a way to reverse the suction?

Either there is a clog in the upper part of the fan case, or the fan shattered and the spindle is just spinning the brush roller.
