The Westminster chimes are out of sequence?

The chimes and hour chime are out of sequence, so that when for instance it is 7:00 it only chimes 3.00 o'clock, the 3/4 chime sounds at quarter past the hour and the full westminster sequence chimes out at the half-hour - how can I rectify this, as there are no reputable clock repairers anywhere nearby, and the clock is too big to mail out (it is a 1930's Grandmother case with a replacement movement from a mantel clock, done well but definitely not original)

First lets set the hrs correct using the above numbers ie at 7 only strikes 3 gently slide the hr hand from the 7 o clock position shortest way to the 3 o clock position ( hrs are now set )
Now the chimes turn the minute hand clockwise observing the chime sequence at each quarter until we find the hr position (ding dong plus the striking position)where ever this is happening if the finger is in the wrong place we undo the little screw and remove finger, and now replace it at the hr position attach the screw . the clock should now be sequence for the chimes and the hrs
