have changed needles,thread,turned tension dial from low to highest and still able to pull lower thread out from fabric can you help.it is a jannome machine

Sounds like it needs retiming, I can attach instructions if yoiu email me but you will have to get my email address from any answer from page 25 down because this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown.
