umax 1200 scanner scan black image?
please help someone when I scan through umax 1200 scanner it shows properly in preview but when scan completed it shows blank image plz help what should I do and one thing I notice that scanner almost show white light when scan but my scanner show green light when scan plz someone help what should I do bye ..........
